Payment Terms

After the reservation being confirmed, and based on the issued invoice, the providers of accommodation have the right to request a down payment of 50% of the total price for the agreed services. The client is obliged to pay this down payment within 5 days from the invoice being issued. In case of making the reservation in a period shorter than 30 days prior to the realization of accommodation services, the client is obliged to pay 100% of the indicated price.

In case the client does not settle the payments within the stated amount and/or time period, the provider of accommodation is entitled to cancel the reservation.

The client must make the payment of the outstanding balance no later 30 days prior to having the accommodation services provided.

Ways of payment:

  • In cash at a bank teller window of a KB branch,
  • Via bank transfer

Account number and the variable symbol will be stated on the invoice.

Cancelling the reservation by the client

The client is entitled to cancel his/her reservation any time before having the accommodation services provided. Cancelling the reservation must be carried out in writing and the client is obliged to pay a cancellation fee to the provider of the accommodation services.

Cancellation fees:

If the client cancels his/her reservation, he/she is obliged to pay a cancellation fee.
When cancelling the reservation before starting to draw on the accommodation services.

  • 40 and more days 10,-EUR per person,
  • 39-30 days 25% of the beforehand indicated price,
  • 29-14 days 50% of the beforehand indicated price,
  • 13-7 days 70% of the beforehand indicated price,
  • 6-3 days 90% of the beforehand indicated price,
  • 2 and less days 100% of the beforehand indicated price,
  • 100% of the beforehand indicated price,
  • in case the client does not arrive in the boarding house on the agreed date without prior written notification about cancelling his/her reservation, in case of the client terminates his/her stay prematurely, in case the client starts his stay late, in case the client’s stay is terminated by the provider of accommodation due to the fact that the client breaks the rules of conduct or violates customs and/or passport policies and regulations.

Exceptional circumstances and cases will be considered and dealt with individually.
